All New Zealand orders are track and trace; delivered by New Zealand Couriers. NZ courier drivers collect your parcel from a contactless pick point in our Hawkes Bay fulfilment centre. They then provide contactless delivery to your door. After dispatch you will receive a tracking link via email to follow the whereabouts of your order.
Rural Delivery Rural addresses are welcome but due to the nature of rural deliveries, transit time is longer. All rural address are non-signature required. All rural orders will be delivered within 24-48hrs of the delivery status on tracking numbers.
Weekends and Public Holidays
Our Customer Service Centre and Warehouse will be closed on weekends and public holidays. We will process your order when our office and/or warehouse reopens for trade.
