Breath Hero

Shake before using. Spray 2-3 times directly into the mouth. Repeat up to 4 times per day. For best results use after teeth brushing and do not eat or drink 15 minutes after use.

Daily Defence

Adults: Up to 25 drops 3 times a day to a maximum of 75 drops per day. (Propolis extract 280mg) Children under 12 years of age: A maximum of 35 drops across the day. Use across the day as practical. (Propolis extract 130mg) Add drops to half a glass of water, milk, yogurt or fruit juice.

Immune Support

Adults and children over 6 years old: 5mL every 8 hours (Propolis 200mg). Children 6 and under: 2.5mL every 8 hours (Propolis 100 mg). Measure dose using spoon inside pack.
